Due to the fact that one wire leg of the antenna is shorter than the other, the OCF is more convenient to erect than a regular center fed dipole. Less coax is required.

Just what it is advertised to be
Excellent response when ordered, well made and just as advertised. The OCF is the best kind of multi-band wire dipole because of the feed point impedance is relatively close to 50 ohms over the bands covered and does not have the feedline radiation problems of the G5RV style antennas. And it does just what it is supposed to do, receives a bit better than my vertical and is much quieter as well even though it is bent around a bit to fit into my small lot. Note to Chris - sorry it took a while to get to this review, took awhile to get it up!!! I'll blame snow even though it didn't come until later on.
I've had this antenna up for several weeks but just getting around to writing a review. Shipping was fast and delivery was earlier than I expected. I was very impressed with the wire used for the dipole. It unrolled completely flat and had no "memory" of being coiled. Very easy to work with. I won't comment about performance since that depends on many environmental factors, but two things are worth mentioning: 1) the internal tuner of my TS-480SAT doesn't like the phone portion of 75M. I will try shortening the legs a bit to see if that helps. 2) One of the reviews here mentions outstanding performance on 30M. Note that this antenna is not advertised as covering the 30M band, and the SWR on 30M is beyond the range of my internal tuner.

Well built antenna
Well built, only got it up 20 ft on first install but works as advertised on all bands. Will try to get it higher which should lower the swr. I like the cut of the antenna for the phone portion of the band.
The antenna arrived in 3 days from my order. It was well packed and very well constructed. I was only able to install it at 27 feet high and as a flattop antenna. The antenna covers the upper frequencies of most bands so if you are a CW operator, as I am, you will likely need a good tuner. I wish there were an opportunity to specify the Phone or CW end of the band when the antenna was ordered.

JT-65 30m QSO to Japan on 2 watts from Los Angeles ...
1) Hoisted the 7-band OCF dipole up about 30 to 35 ft high between the front yard tree and the backyard tree. 2) About half of the dipole runs over the single story roof by about 12-15 ft. 3) Fed with 125 ft of RG-213 coax (from MPD) into IC-7000. 4) JT-65 QSO on 30m with 1 watt into Japan (JA5XI) who received my signal at -25 and was also QRP at 5 watts on April 1, 2015. 5) Have used WSPR from Los Angeles at 1 watt on 30m with report from Australia at SNR -26. 6) Had checked into a few mid-west SSB QSO parties on 20m over the April 4, 2015 weekend using about 75 watts from Los Angeles with RS at 59. 7) Have recently used 10m (JA2ATE) and 12m (JH1MLV) JT-65 to QSO with Japan, and 17m (VA7HZ) JT-65 to QSO with Canada from Los Angeles. Also recent PSK-31 20m QSO into Cambodia (XU7TZG) on 25 watts from Los Anglees. So far a great antenna for digital modes and SSB. Will be trying lower bands 80m and 40m later.
Outstanding performance! The antenna construction is robust, recently taking 50mph gusts from a storm with ease, and the on-air perforance has been nothing short of spectacular.
