Is my item in stock?

Most products in our inventory ship in 2-4 business days. While most items we sell are usually in-stock, we custom-make each antenna for your order, and some materials may be en-route from the manufacturer or distributor. Those items will usually ship within 5-7 business days. We will contact you by email or phone if there is any delay in shipping your order.

What happens if some of the items I ordered are out of stock?

On the rare occasion that an order requires longer processing time, we will contact you via e-mail and notify you of your options. Whenever possible, we will inform you of the estimated shipping date for your order. You will be able to (1) cancel the entire order; (2) cancel the item on back-order and ship the rest; or (3) wait for the back-ordered item to arrive. Due to our commitment to providing affordable amateur radio accessories, we normally do not offer “split shipping” – a prohibitively expensive option which would require us to pass the costs on to you.

What forms of payment do you accept?

  • Credit Card: We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Charges from us will appear as “Ni4L ANTENNAS & ELECTRONICS” on your monthly statement. If you notice a charge from us that you do not recognize, please contact us first, before contacting your credit card provider. We will make every effort to clarify/resolve the issue. Please note that if you dispute a charge from us with your credit card company, and that charge is later found to be valid, you will be assessed a fee of $35.00. This covers the “charge-back fee” assessed against us by your credit card and/or our credit card processor, as well as our administrative costs in proving that the charge was valid.
  • Check/Money Order: We gladly accept personal checks, money orders, cashiers checks, and certified checks drawn on US funds from a US bank only. Please make all checks payable to:

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card is charged at the time of purchase.

How do I apply a coupon code to my order?

Please type in the coupon code in the “Coupon Code” field at checkout and click on the Continue button.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes. North Carolina residents pay 7.00% sales tax.

Why do you need my e-mail address?

Ni4L ANTENNAS & ELECTRONICS uses e-mail as the principal way of communicating with you about the particulars of your order, including order confirmation, shipment confirmation, backorder notices, and any other order-related issues. Therefore, it is extremely important that you provide us with a valid e-mail address that you check regularly. Please be assured that we will never disclose your e-mail to third parties without your permission.

Why do you need my telephone number?

There are two instances in which we may need to contact you by phone. (1) If there is a problem with order delivery, our shipping carrier may need to reach you to make delivery arrangements. (2) We may need to reach you if we encounter a problem processing your order. Under no circumstances will we use your phone number for marketing purposes. Please be assured that we will never disclose your phone number to third parties without your permission.

I have not received a confirmation e-mail after placing my order. Did the order go through?

You should receive a confirmation e-mail within a few minutes of submitting an order with valid contact information. If you did not receive your confirmation e-mail within 1 hour of placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please note that your e-mail filter may misidentify our mailing as SPAM and place it in the “bulk” folder. If your filters are enabled, please modify the settings to accept e-mails from info {@}

How do I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us to change or cancel your order at any time prior to shipment. We make every effort to accommodate your changes and cancellations. However, please keep in mind that we are not able to alter your purchase once it has shipped (see our return policy).

Do you accept international orders?

Yes, we ship to most countries. If we cannot accept your order, it will be cancelled, and your credit card will not be charged. We reserve the right to refuse any international order for any reason.

Do you handle government and wholesale orders?

Does Ni4L Antennas & Electronics use cookies?

Yes. All internet shopping carts require cookies to function properly. If your browser rejects cookies, you will need to enable them in order to shop online.

Shipping & Tracking

How long before I receive my order?

We normally ship orders within 2-4 business days. See below for carrier delivery times.

What shipping methods are available to my delivery address?

  • In the United States (incl. U.S. territories and possessions, APOs, FPOs, & DPOs):
    • Flat-rate shipping by USPS: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days, based on your location. Cost varies between $6.45 to $18.75. You will be informed of your shipping cost at checkout. Note: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all domestic orders over $150.00.
    • Overnight, 2-day, and 3-day shipping: Costs will vary depending on size/weight of the order and option chosen. You will be informed of your shipping cost at checkout.
  • International Orders:
    • Your order will ship via USPS. Costs will vary depending on size/weight of the order and option chosen. You will be informed of your shipping cost at checkout.
    • Global delivery times: Priority Mail International - 6-10 business days; Express Mail International - 3-5 business days.

How do you handle customs duties and import restrictions (International orders only)?

You are solely responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that your country may impose on product imports. In compliance with applicable trade laws, we declare the exact value of all items ordered and mark them as “dutiable merchandise”. As a retailer, we are prohibited by law from declaring your order as a “gift.

Can I receive my order at a P.O. box?

Yes. Please select one of the USPS options at checkout.

How can I tell if my order has shipped?

After your order ships, we will send you a shipment confirmation e-mail. Be sure to provide us with a valid e-mail address to ensure proper notification!

How can I track my order?

When available, tracking information is included in the shipment confirmation e-mail. Please contact us if you still have any questions about your order status.

Why should I select a shipping option with tracking available?

We recommend the tracking-available option for high-value orders and for deliveries to business addresses and apartment complexes. This helps minimize the risk of your package being lost, misplaced, or stolen.

Is insurance included for my shipment?

With some exceptions, Priority Mail Express shipments include up to $100 of insurance and Priority Mail shipments, $50. Additional merchandise insurance up to $5,000 may be purchased for a fee.

Please note: If your order is lost, damaged, or isn’t delivered to the address you specified, Ni4L ANTENNAS & ELECTRONICS will make a reasonable effort to track down your package. However, if we cannot locate your uninsured package, you will not receive a refund. We advise that, for valuable orders, you select one of the insured method choices listed at checkout.

The Way We Use Information:

Ni4L ANTENNAS & ELECTRONICS values your privacy and the security of your personal information. We only request the information necessary to complete your order. We do not share, sell, or rent any personal information you provide with outside parties, except to the extent necessary to complete that order. For instance, we may provide PayPal with the information it needs to verify funds for your purchase.

When you provide information about someone else while placing an order (i.e., you are buying an antenna as a gift and want it shipped directly to the recipient), we will use it only to ship your purchase and confirm delivery.

The e-mail address you provide will be used to communicate with you about your purchase, answer your questions, and/or inform you about site events that we feel may be of interest to you. You may opt out of ALL future mailings unrelated to an active order.

We use Authorize.Net and PayPal for our credit card transactions. What conditions and restrictions apply to buying Ni4L ANTENNAS & ELECTRONICS merchandise?

When placing an order on our site, you will be required to certify that you are eligible to make a purchase, and to review and accept our Policies and Conditions.

Cities, states and/or countries may have unique restrictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product you order is legal for shipping and/or using in your locale. You must comply with all local laws and regulations. If any item on your order is illegal where you live, you will be held responsible. If applicable, you must also meet minimum age requirements for any items sold by us that may be subject to these restrictions (i.e. 18 or 21 years & older) in your locale.

By shopping on Ni4L ANTENNAS & ELECTRONICS site you agree to hold Ni4L ANTENNAS & ELECTRONICS harmless of any injuries that may result from the use of products purchased at/from Ni4L ANTENNAS & ELECTRONICS.

Returns & Refunds

Restocking Fee

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED. All other returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All items returned for any reason other than being damaged or defective are subject to the 15% restocking fee. This fee does not apply to returns on custom-made items, as these are not returnable.

Factory Wrapping

All returned items must be in their original factory wrapping and in resalable condition for you to receive credit. If you remove any item from its original factory wrapping and choose to return it to us, there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount for that item, unless the item is not functioning properly or is defective.

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, first file a claim with the shipping company before contacting us. We pack and inspect items that we ship very carefully, so breakage is not likely. However if it is determined that an item arrived damaged due to our negligence, please follow the Returns Process - RMA.

Defective Items

If you received an item that is not functioning properly, please contact us and we will try to troubleshoot your problem. If we are unable to resolve the issue and/or it is determined that you received a defective item, we will proceed as per the Returns Process - RMA. Defective items can be returned for a full refund or exchanged for an equivalent item.

Many of the items that we sell are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. For those items not manufactured by Ni4L Antennas & Electronics, please follow the manufacturer’s instructions for in-warranty service.

Returns Process - RMA

All returns (including those related to warranty service) must reference a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be obtained from Ni4L Antennas & Electronics prior to return or the product(s) will not be accepted.

A proper return shipping address will be given with the RMA.

In addition to the above requirements, standard products returned for credit will be accepted only within 14 days of original ship date as shown on the invoice. This only applies to product(s) in like-new condition, unused, and in original packaging. 
Product(s) showing use, abuse, modification or abnormal wear will not be accepted.

Returns Shipping Charges

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was shipped – in which case will cover your return charges.
The shipping charges that were part of your original order are not refundable. We may grant exception to this rule at our discretion.


You may return products purchased from within 14 days of your purchase for a refund. No refunds will be issued after 14 days.

No refunds will be given on custom-made products. All other products are subject to a 15% restocking fee, as described above.

Approved refunds can be expected within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
