- The wire used is , FLEXI 450 OHM LADDER LINE for the legs with Flex-Weave 14 tuning stubs.

The dipole legs are constructed using top quality, Ladder line 2 #16 AWG; 19/29 strands Cu-clad with black poly jacket. Nominal OD .065 x .930; Extra flexible & less likely to break in the wind. Nominal impedance 420(ohms); VP 91.7%. Good for -20oC to +60oC degrees. With Flex weave 14 tuning stubs.

This is a great antenna. We are running it with a FlexRadio 6400. We are using a tuner - just to keep the radio “happy”, as it were. If you want a super antenna (OCF or conventional dipole) consider an NI4L. Quality construction and superb performance.
